[GRAPHIC VISUALS] Celani Zungu (38) was fatally run over by an eThekwini municipal water tanker in Adams Mission, KwaZulu-Natal, on Monday. His brother told eNCA the truck had arrived to deliver water to one of their neighbours, but community members believed it was there to supply everyone.
