Members of the South African Police Service came in large numbers to honour one of their own who died in the line of duty. Warrant Officer Vuyo Mdi died in the early hours of Sunday last week while travelling with the late Free State Education, MEC Tate Makgoe when their vehicle they were travelling in crashed into two cows on the N1 in Winburg.
