The Public Servants’ Association and the National Education Health and Allied Workers’ Union are demanding a CPI plus 7% increase, but SARS says this is unaffordable. Meanwhile, workers at Sibanye-Stillwater picketed outside the Union Buildings yesterday, demanding that President Cyril Ramaphosa address them.
