5 April 2022: The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) will come under scrutiny this week as it holds interviews for candidates to head to superior courts.
The JSC will hold interviews two vacancies at the Constitutional Court, Judge President of the North West High Court, Limpopo High Court among others.
But the Commission has previously come under fire for how it conducts its work.
