Former boxing world champion Zolani Tete will be remembered at a memorial service in KuGompo City. The 38-year-old will be laid to rest this weekend after he was gunned down outside his home last Friday.
His alleged killers have since appeared in court on murder and attempted murder charges. Tete’s death has sparked outrage in the boxing-mad region as he prepared for a return to the ring.
