The Judicial Service Commission has recommended the suspension of Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge. The move follows the JSC’s finding of gross misconduct over court secretary Andiswa Mengo’s sexual harassment complaint against him. The recommendation has now been sent to President Cyril Ramaphosa for a decision. #eNCA
