The City of Ekurhuleni says it remains committed to governance and accountability.
That’s as the corruption case involving suspended Metro Police Deputy Chief Julius Mkhwanazi continues.
Mkhwanazi and his co-accused, Kagiso Lerutla, appeared in the Boksburg Magistrate’s Court today.
They face charges of corruption, fraud and defeating the ends of justice over allegations of a court impersonation scheme.
The city says it supports the work of law enforcement agencies, while stressing that the accused remain innocent until proven guilty. #eNCA
