Disbarred lawyer Petrus ‘Peet’ Jacobus Viljoen appeared in the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on Wednesday for his bail application.Viljoen faces more than 400 charges linked to an alleged multimillion-rand municipal property fraud scheme.He was arrested by the Hawks at OR Tambo International Airport in June after returning to South Africa from the United States.
