Parliament’s legal advisors will today send a written request to forensic investigator Paul O’Sullivan seeking his return to the Ad Hoc Committee. Last night, chairperson Soviet Lekganyane told MPs they have to show that reasonable action was taken for him to reappear before a subpoena can be issued.
