Dial-A-Ride protest

Cape Town residents with disabilities accuse the City of violating their human rights after it announced plans to scale back Dial-A-Ride services. Cape Town’s Mobility Directorate says financial constrains prompted it to cut the door-to-door transport service. More than 2,000 residents are affected. At least 350 of them are regular users. eNCA’s Nobesuthu Hejana reports. Courtesy #DStv403
