Under siege Free State MEC resigns

The ANC in the Free State says the resignation of its deployee – Social Development MEC Motshidisi Koloi, shows the party takes the fight against corruption seriously. Koloi resigned after being nabbed by the Hawks on charges related to her 2017 tenure as Mayor of Moqhaka municipality. Along with two co-accused Vusimuzi Rajuili and Serake Leeuw, they face fraud, corruption and money laundering charges. They were arrested last week – and the matter’s been postponed to 4 December. The ANC in the Free State says her resignation shouldn’t be interpreted as an admission of guilt. eNCA’s Siphamandla Goge reports. Courtesy #DStv403
