The Border Management Authority (BMA) could not be drawn to comment on whether convicted murderer and fugitive Thabo Bester used one of its border posts to skip the country. BMA Commissioner, Dr Mike Masiapato visited the Beitbridge Border Post in Musina, Limpopo, amid speculation that Bester may have skipped the country through that porous border. BMA, however, says it is not involved in the Bester investigation. The authorities were at Beitbridge Border Post to monitor the processing of holiday makers between South Africa and Zimbabwe.
