Victims of last week’s crash between a taxi and a truck are being laid to rest today in Limpopo. The mass funeral service is currently under way. 16 people were killed on the R579 in Groblersdal. The taxi was allegedly attempting to overtake when it collided head-on with the truck. Our reporter, Moloko Moloto is following this story and joins me now.
Several crashes in the past few weeks have claimed the lives of multiple people in Limpopo province.
Today, eight victims of one of these horrific crashes will be laid to rest in a mass funeral.
These crashes have left people feeling scared and seeking answers.
But in an interview with eNCA, the province’s Premier Stan Mathabatha said there’s nothing wrong with the province’s roads. Our reporter, Moloko Moloto is following this story
