The memorial service of slain musician Kiernan Forbes, popularly known as "AKA" will take place at the Sandton Convention Centre this afternoon.
Yesterday, Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi confirmed that his office was not granted permission to give the late rapper a state funeral.
He will be laid to rest at a private burial tomorrow.
