Opposition parties have lambasted President Cyril Ramaphosa over the rolling blackouts in the country. The DA has threatened to take the government to court over the declaration of the National State of Disaster over the energy crisis. However, Police Minister Bheki Cele has poked holes at the official opposition pointing out that the party had initially supported the National State of Disaster.
