Communications Minister Michelle Rowland says Labor will spend $2.4 billion to give “1.5 million premises fibre access to the National Broadband Network”.
Parts of regional Australia will have access to the technology by “late 2025”, Ms Rowland said during Question Time on Tuesday afternoon.
