Defence personnel 'not getting cared for' adequately: Hanson

One Nation leader Pauline Hanson says many defence personnel “once they’re out of the defence, they are not getting cared for or looked after with their health issues”.

It comes after the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide interim report was released on Thursday.

“A lot of them fall through the cracks,” she told Sky News host Chris Kenny.

“Unless they have that guiding hand all the way through … and a lot of the youth have problems with transitioning through this whole system.”
