Eskom has announced that load shedding stage 5 will be implemented on Wednesday and Thursday, with varying stages for the rest of the week. In Tshwane, officials say the resources have been severely stretched as the infrastructure was never designed for rolling blackouts. But officials say electricity teams are on high alert.
