Police in Mpumalanga have arrested eight suspects in relation to the protest that occurred on Wednesday morning. Roads leading to Mbombela and surrounding areas were closed. Protesters who are complaining about petrol and diesel price increases blockaded busy roads such as the N4 toll road and the R40.
