"Scholar transport service providers must meet contractual obligations"

The North West Transport Department and other stakeholders have cautioned service providers in the scholar transport sector, that their contracts will be terminated if they fail to meet their contractual obligations.
The department says in some instances the service providers use unroadworthy vehicles, reckless driving, arriving late at schools or not showing up at all, causing a huge inconvenience to learners and teachers.
