UDM leader Bantu Holomisa calls on Public Protector to investigate Glencore's conduct in SA

UDM leader, Bantu Holomisa has called on the Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane, to investigate whether mining company Glencore did not bribe judges and politicians in South Africa as it has been charged and pleaded guilty in the USA for these crimes.

In a letter dated 31 May, Holomisa asked the Public Protector to also investigate President Cyril Ramaphosa’s association with Glencore and the implications their relationship had on the running of Eskom.
