Government is seeking to tighten laws governing Corporate South Africa. It’s furious over the non-compliance by some corporations to the equity laws. Now Labour Minister Thulas Nxesi wants firms not just fined for defying the bid to create more inclusive and transformed work spaces in South Africa. He wants those with no justifiable reasons for missing equity targets prosecuted.
