The Competition Commission has welcomed the decision by the Competition Tribunal which found the South African Police Service supplier Tsutsumani Business Enterprises guilty of excessive pricing.
This contravenes the Competition Act. This matter emanates from a complaint lodged with the commission by the SAPS in May 2020.
