The application for leave to appeal the decision of Judge Igna Stretch to not recuse herself from the Nelson Mandela funeral scandal case,
has been dismissed in the Eastern Cape High Court in Bhisho. Last week, one of the accused, Phumlani Mkolo, filed court papers for Stretch to recuse herself, but she refused. Mkolo accuses the judge of bias, claiming he would not get a fair trial.
