In the latest instalment of his report into State Capture, Chief Justice Raymond Zondo delivers a blistering criticism of the ANC and Parliament, for their complicity in the rot that ravaged state-owned enterprises. One particularly stinging passage reads: “ South Africans thought that the ANC government was in control of Eskom but it was not.
