The Russian President Vladimir Putin has threatened to use nuclear weapons against anyone who interferes in Ukraine. Putin made this threat a day after he met the United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres. The war in Ukraine is intensifying at the time when the UN chief has called for peace.
