Residents and businesses in some parts of Gauteng say delayed power restorations are adding to their frustrations. They say load shedding stages 4 and 3 are making things worse. They accused the City of Tshwane and City Power of failing to stick to load shedding schedules. The unhappy residents claim that in some instances, power is only returned hours after its restoration schedule.
