Eskom will downgrade to Stage two rolling blackouts from 10pm Thursday after some of its units recovered. This as the power utility attempts to suspend scheduled power cuts by the weekend. But, its efforts may be hampered by the expected rainfall. The power utility has cited the wet weather as one of the risks to its generation efforts.
