The selection process for a new IEC chair kicked off last month and today the interviews of the twelve candidates got under way. It is a role that requires clarity of thought, strong leadership and stellar management skills. The seven year-term of the current chair Glen Mashinini comes to an end in April. Mashinini has also thrown his hat into the ring.
