Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with his Chinese counterpart, Wang Yi on Wednesday, in what was the first official visit by Russia to its key ally since Moscow launched its invasion of Ukraine last month. Lavrov is in China along with diplomats from other countries for talks on Afghanistan. Patrick Fok has more from Beijing.
