
The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission is expected to publish results from Saturday’s by-elections. According to media reports, Zimbabwe’s leading opposition party, the Citizens’ Coalition for Change, has won 19 out of the 28 national assembly seats in the long-delayed parliamentary by-elections. The reports indicate that nine remaining seats went to the ruling ZANU-PF which still holds a parliamentary majority.
