Just under one year since the death of the UK’s Prince Philip, Queen Elizabeth joined members of the royal family and hundreds of guests for a memorial service at Westminster Abbey.
The Duke of Edinburgh spent seven decades at Queen Elizabeth’s side, before passing away last year.
