The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) will today is expected to launch the National Voter Registration Campaign at tertiary institutions. The campaign will be launched at Wits University but will be rolled-out at all South Africa’s tertiary institutions. The objective of the campaign is to encourage South Africa’s youth to take advantage of the online voter registration facility and take a step to be part of decisions about their own future. This as the country is gearing up to hold National and Provincial Elections in 2024…. Sy Mamabolo is the IEC’s Chief Electoral Officer….
