Residents of Welkom in the Free State say their rights have been violated for far too long. This as sewage spills are seen in many streets of Thabong with a stench that permeates the homes of residents. The Human Rights Commission says several cases have been reported. It intends to embark on a provincial investigative enquiry of service delivery issues.
