The National Planning Commission has warned that as things stand right now, the current National Health Insurance Bill gives too much power to the Health Minister.
It’s proposing amendments to the Bill
that will help safeguard against the possibility of a health minister turning rogue.
This is among other areas it’s made proposals on in the NHI Bill.
