The National House of Traditional and Khoi-San Leaders has condemned what it calls the barbaric, senseless incident where a female MMC Nanziwe Rulashe was dragged by men purporting to be security officers. The incident which took place in the Amathole District has drawn much criticism from many sectors. The Traditional Leaders are calling for urgent action.
