International Relations and Cooperation Minister Naledi Pandor says South Africa supports the reconstruction of the Cabo Delgado province in Mozambique. It’s been hit by terror attacks, and the SADC region has deployed troops there. Speaking to SABC News, Pandor also outlined South Africa’s priorities to ensure continental peace and security, equitable access to COVID-19 vaccines and other critical areas.
