President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to unveil the revised White Paper on local government in Boksburg on Thursday. Ahead of the announcement, Cooperative Governance Minister Velenkosini Hlabisa will meet with Cabinet members and key local government stakeholders to discuss the policy.
