North West businessman Suliman Carrim is expected to appear in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court on Friday. The 49-year-old was arrested by the Commission’s Recommendations Task Team (CRTT) on Thursday evening, moments before he was due to board a UAE-bound flight.
