Cosatu has denied that its 15th National Congress has descended into chaos. Instead, it has accused ANC chairperson Gwede Mantashe of arrogance. This after he staged a walkout at the federation’s reconvened 15th National Congress yesterday. Mantashe refused to address the congress before the SACP. The federation’s outgoing second deputy president, Duncan Luvuno, says they will be taking the matter to Luthuli House. #dstv403
