Expelled uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) Party members Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla and Nhlamulo Ndhlela are challenging their expulsion in the South Gauteng High Court. The former MPs were expelled from the party in June after being accused of gross misconduct. They have now approached the court, arguing that their expulsion was unfair and unlawful.
