Businessman Stefan Govindraju is back in court on Tuesday, facing 70 charges linked to a procurement fraud scheme at Tembisa Hospital. Govindraju is accused of being the kingpin in a syndicate that used 75 companies to secure approximately R600 million worth of hospital contracts.
