housands of South Africans gathered at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria on Heritage Day as organisers attempted to set a Guinness World Record for the most people braaiing simultaneously. Around 3,000 participants gathered around 500 braais. Guinness World Records has yet to confirm whether the attempt was successful.
