KZN faces serial rapist threat

KwaZulu-Natal is dealing with a growing number of suspected serial rapists. That’s according to the province’s premier, Thami Ntuli. Police arrested a 36-year-old man linked to the rape of 14 women in KZN and Gauteng. #dstv403
