Criminal charges have been laid against controversial North West businessman Suliman Carrim for failing to appear before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry. The charges, according to the Commission’s spokesperson, Jermy Michaels, were laid last week following an instruction from the Commission’s chairperson, Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga.
