Mpumalanga taxi boss Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni appeared before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry on Friday 28 August 2026. Sibanyoni is lifting the lid on violence within the industry and involvement with cartel role players, which he’s been linked to via previous testimony before the Madlanga Commission.
