Controversial Mpumalanga taxi boss Joe "Ferrari" Sibanyoni is on the stand at the Madlanga Commission on Friday. Sibanyoni is expected to appear before the Commission on Friday and again on 2 September. He has been summoned to answer questions about alleged criminal syndicates and their associates.
