The Constitutional Court has rejected the political parties’ request for direct access to appeal President Cyril Ramaphosa’s interdict against the Impeachment Committee.
The ATM, EFF and others sought urgent direct access to appeal a Western Cape High Court ruling that granted Ramaphosa an interim order halting the impeachment inquiry.
