Judgment proceedings in the case against Lawrance Mdlalose have been postponed in the High Court in Johannesburg.
A scheduling clash has delayed judgment because the presiding judge is occupied with another trial.
Mdlalose faces 76 counts of murder, 12 counts of attempted murder, as well as charges of arson and defeating the ends of justice.
These charges relate to the 31 August 2023 fire at the Usindiso Building in Marshalltown, Johannesburg, which killed 76 people and injured many. #eNCA
