A JMPD officer, known as Witness K, has been taken to the police holding cells in Germiston, where she will remain in custody ahead of her expected court appearance on Monday.
She is the fourth suspect to be arrested in connection with the alleged theft of R14.9 million worth of precious stones from a property in Killarney.
